Instructional Designer – Customer Education

We are looking for an Instructional Designer who will be responsible for Courses & learning paths for Almabase. The core focus will be to translate product workflows and use cases into structured learning paths and courses.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or Customer Education
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
• Proven experience creating structured courses, tutorials, or product training
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a focus on clarity
• Ability to simplify complex software concepts into digestible learning steps
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving SaaS environment
• Experience in tools like Rise, Storyline, or anything similar
