Blue Yonder is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales Organization. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the supply chain software industry.
Requirements
- Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to successfully close deals
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Blue Yonder's software solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Blue Yonder's solutions
