Job Description
Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Care Manager - Substance Abuse to join their administrative team. The Care Manager will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the options and services required to promote quality, cost-effective health outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing with an unrestricted license to practice nursing in NC or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) Preferred
- BLS Certified
