Behavioral Health RN Case Manager

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Behavioral Health RN Case Manager to provide direct care coordination and implement coordination of patient care for behavioral health needs. The RN will work closely with clinical staff to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited BSN nursing program
• 1 year nursing experience in primary care and/or public health setting preferred
• Experience in recovery work
• Evidence of excellent oral and written communication, high level of current clinical knowledge
• Strong interest in working with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, culturally diverse patient populations, and serving as a preceptor for student learners
• RN currently licensed to practice in North Carolina
