Director / VP Go-To-Market (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Director/ VP Go-To-Market who will lead our revenue efforts by building and orchestrating a recruiting/ acquisition engine for new craftsmen partners and leading the marketing / GTM excellence center. The role combines commercial strategy, marketing experimentation, and hands-on activation to make our partners successful.
