Requirements

• 2–5 years in strategy consulting, solution engineering, business analytics, or a similar field.
• Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of databases and workflows.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business-level German and English.
