Job Description
We are looking for a trainer to join our Data team at Bloomberg. The trainer will design and deliver training to enable teams to evaluate process changes and quantify their impact on dataset quality and business outcomes. The role will involve creating hands-on labs, explaining core statistical concepts and AI/ML fundamentals, and incorporating AI-assisted tools into training design and delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years applied experience in applied AI solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or other data-related field
- Experience mentoring or teaching technical material
- Strong communication and teaching abilities
- Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into scalable, practical training solutions
- Understanding of data quality metrics and concepts
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Collaborative approach to partnering across global teams
- Effective project management skills
- Ability to flexibly adapt to a changing environment
