Bloomberg is seeking a data analytics professional to join its Data department. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data analytics or statistics, with a strong foundation in experimental design and statistical inference. They will design and deliver training on applied experimentation and causal reasoning, as well as build a curriculum on experimental design, A/B testing, and hypothesis testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data analytics or statistics
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or other data-related field
• Strong foundation in experimental design and statistical inference
• Proficiency with statistical analysis in Python or R
• Experience mentoring or teaching technical material
• Strong communication and teaching abilities
• Collaborative approach to partnering across global teams
• Effective project management skills
• Adaptability in evolving, fast-paced environments
