Block is building a more inclusive economy and is seeking a Cold Wallet Operations Manager to join their team. The role will involve coordinating and executing custody operations, managing custody and cold storage, and collaborating with partners to improve processes and drive accountability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of payment operations experience
- 2-3+ years of Bitcoin knowledge or experience
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry and its current evolution
- Experience with trading operations & asset custody
- Strong analytical skills
- A team player who utilizes influence to drive outcomes with internal & external stakeholders
