Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crypto Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive understanding and expertise with Crypto operations as well as Human Resource management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Web3/Crypto operations, with a strong knowledge of HR management strategies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Skills include multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting, as well as understanding regulatory needs in the crypto industry.
- Proven record of running effective operations teams.
