Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help define and execute BioRender's go-to-market strategy and planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Proven experience with territory planning, quota design, and incentive strategy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distill data into actionable insights
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, and GTM tools like Outreach, Gong and Clay
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Strategic mindset — able to zoom out and identify structural levers for growth, while diving into the details when needed
