Job Description
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the day-to-day administration of sales commissions, work closely with Finance and Sales leadership on compensation modeling, and gain exposure to end-to-end RevOps processes that drive GTM efficiency and performance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commissions, or Revenue Operations
- Hands-on experience managing commissions in CaptivateIQ (or similar tools)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage recurring monthly processes with precision
