Job Description
BioLabs Saclay is seeking an Operations, Office & Event Associate to provide administrative management, non-lab operations, and event organization support. This is a temporary position from January to mid May.
Requirements
- Manage reception, parcels, and services for residents
- Provide day-to-day operational support and problem-solving assistance
- Compose visual aids using ADOBE suite
- Organize and plan site events
- Manage databases, distribution lists, and newsletters
- Oversee welcome procedure and monthly invoices
- Update BioLabs Saclay website and social media content
