BioLabs is a network of co-working spaces for life sciences startups. The Associate Operations, Offices & Events will be responsible for administrative management, operations, and event organization on the Saclay site.
Requirements
- Manage the reception of visitors on the site
- Provide daily operational support and assistance to residents and the BioLabs team
- Organize, plan, and budget events on the site and BioLabs' participation in community events
- Manage and update the site's databases and mailing lists
- Implement, write, and manage newsletters and marketing campaigns for the site
- Supervise the welcome procedure for new residents and prepare monthly invoices
- Update the BioLabs Saclay website
- Prepare and post social media content related to the site
- Accompany the development and organization of the Saclay plateau community
