We're looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing online learning materials, providing standardization of learning objects, and exploring new online learning knowledge and educational technologies.
Requirements
- Design online learning material (learning object) for pedagogy
- Provide standardization of learning object, analyse the learning needs and goals, and develop a delivery system to meet the requirement
- Explore new online learning knowledge and educational technologies
- Propose a form of e-learning material by reviewing SME’s Module Plan
- Coordinate, maintain continuity in learning object production and conduct research to improve the quality of learning objects
- Propose a new solution or ideas to maintain and improve the quality of learning object in accordance to the latest educational technologies
- Conduct training for subject matter expert (lecturer or other service user) regularly
- Evaluate Module Plan and learning objective created by SME and provide sufficient feedback on the learning technology to convey the knowledge to users (especially the content for every course unit in related area)
- Introduce and share knowledge about storyboard, script, and scenario for SME every learning object request
- Assist in prepare MCL classes operational in the beginning of the semester
- Prepare guidelines in completion of preparing learning material and coordinate necessary report
- Collaborate with related Faculty/School to refine existing and design new courses to ensure the best practices for online course design and instruction are embedded into the learning experience
- Review implementation of learning technologies in online course design and instructions across the institution
- Ensure compliance to established learning standards and ensure instructional design alignment with content and programs
- Conduct reviews and evaluate effectiveness of current instructional design process and development (including benchmarking to industry standards)
- Provide strategic leadership on BINUS Digital programs and activities
- Formulate and implement policies to promote BINUS Digital in BINUS Higher Education
- Examine and suggest recommendations to management concerning appropriate action on BINUS Digital Initiatives
- Oversee development and implementation of strategic planning in BINUS Digital area
- Create an appropriate and strong management team for related area
- Design annual program plan, target, KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and budget based on strategic planning and input from Campus Director
- Provide program report to Campus Director regarding implementation of annual plan, target achievement, KPI (Key Performance Indicator), and budget usage
- Communicate with external parties based on guidance and advise from Campus Director
- Develop and maintain mutual relationship with external parties that can provide added value to related program and activities
- Suggest improvement process related to academic development activities
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
