- Understands P & L and works with Executive General Manager to achieve financial goals
- Maintains proper inventories and completes related accounting and administrative reports
- Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members
- Coaches and counsels employees as needed
- Maintains strict safety and sanitation standards
- Supports management team for complete guest satisfaction
- Maintains a professional appearance
