Requirements
- Oversee daily operations and enforce Company policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure compliance with government laws, rules, and regulations regarding wages, hours, and sanitation
- Understand P & L and achieve financial goals with the Executive General Manager
- Maintain proper inventories and complete related accounting and administrative reports
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members
- Maintain strict safety and sanitation standards
- Support the management team for complete guest satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance
