Biena is a growing health snacking company seeking an Executive & Office Coordinator to serve as a right hand to the CEO, supporting executive operations. This role involves executive support, office administration, and sales & marketing coordination. The company fosters a collaborative, fast-paced environment with employee-led snacks.

Requirements

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth daily flow.
• Keep the office tidy, clean, and organized daily.
• Manage outgoing shipments of R&D, sales, and sample boxes.
• Coordinate logistics for quarterly team events.
• Manage product sample requests.
• Complete New Item Paperwork.
• Track marketing KPIs.
• Support social media marketing.
• Maintain organized files for creative assets.
