Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in concept-oriented and/or high-volume kitchens
- Basic knowledge of kitchen techniques and food processing
- Careful, structured and reliable working method
- Stress tolerance and efficiency, especially in peak hours
- Team ability and good communication skills
- Quality awareness and attention to detail
- Interest in seasonal, sustainable and diverse cuisine
- Basic knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Willingness to learn and motivation for further development
