Job Description
Berlin Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Rang for a new project in a historic location in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The new concept focuses on French cuisine and offers a unique service experience. The ideal candidate has experience in high-end gastronomy, strong teamwork skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Rang or in a comparable position in high-end gastronomy
- Comprehensive knowledge of all food and drink offers and a secure understanding of service and operational processes
- Experience in setting up and dismantling restaurants or service areas as well as conducting employee training and onboarding
