Job Description
Better is seeking a Senior Analyst/Analyst to join the Underwriting Services team. The team is responsible for verifying loan collateral and credit documentation to guarantee loan approval and ensure compliance with agency guidelines. This role involves thorough review of loan applications, analysis of documents, and collaboration with various teams to maintain quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Completing final underwriting review of loans.
- Analyzing collateral documents like title and insurance.
- Reviewing Automated Underwriting System and addressing red flags.
- Calculating loan ratios and meeting production goals.
