Job Description
VIPcare is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support to patients, including record maintenance, room preparation, exam assistance, and front-desk duties. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- CPR Certification, preferred
- IV Start Certification, preferred
- Knowledge of medical coding, preferred
- Knowledge of HIPPA, preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA, preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excellent telephone and switchboard etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
