Job Description
We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our team in Naples, FL. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Physical Therapists and Administrative staff, ensuring company KPI's are hit and that all internal-procedures are documented, continually developed and adhered to by staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working in a smaller and more friendly setting, wants to work in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to learn and grow in every aspect of their role.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in supervising/managing a team
- Analytical skills and ability to draw insightful conclusions from data/KPIs
- Experience with company KPIs and CRM software
- Ability to focus on key priorities and follow through on commitments
- Attention to detail and persistence
- Experience with hiring and firing
