We are looking for a General Manager for our Medical Practice in Naples, FL. The role involves managing a team of Physical Therapists and Administrative staff, ensuring company KPIs are hit, and developing and adhering to internal procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Proven track record of performance managing other people
• Analytical skills with experience working with company KPIs
• Process and system orientated with experience using CRM software and Google Drive
• Ability to focus on key priorities, follow through on commitments, and learn quickly
