Revenue Operations Analyst

Revenue Operations Analyst to maintain, optimize, and scale revenue operations infrastructure, including CRM data hygiene, workflows, and reporting. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM operational roles.
• Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (configuration, workflows, reporting, data management).
• Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, pipelines, forecasting, and GTM metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with large, structured datasets.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven, with a strong sense of data ownership.
• Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
