Job | Senior Legal Counsel Data & Privacy | Brussel

As a senior legal counsel, you will provide legal support and advice to various departments, including Non Financial Risk, Compliance, Data Privacy Protection Officer, and operational and commercial departments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and other legal advisors to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations related to data and privacy, cybercrime, and civil law procedures.

Requirements

• Master's degree in law
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer or legal advisor
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory framework related to personal data protection (GDPR, Belgian legislation)
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
