As a Compliance Business Advisor, you will ensure that the bank and its employees can comply with all relevant conduct and integrity rules. You will help identify and address compliance risks, thereby being a strategic partner to the business and providing advice and support on compliance matters related to the evolution of regulations, their organization, products, and services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a compliance environment within the financial sector
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to the banking sector in the fields of investment, payment, financing, insurance, or financial markets
• Analytical and creative, problem-solving ability, strong communication skills in both French, Dutch, and English, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
