As a Compliance Counsel, you ensure that the bank and its employees comply with all conduct rules and integrity. You help identify and correctly frame the compliance risks of the company's business lines.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law
• at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a compliance environment within the financial sector
• knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the banking sector in the area of investment, payment, financing, insurance or financial markets
• analytical and creative, problem-solving capacity, strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English, and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• critical and integral, precise and proactive attitude
