We are seeking an Electrical Solar Superintendent to oversee solar projects, lead a team, and ensure safety, productivity, and quality. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, installation, and maintenance, with 3+ years of solar site construction, installation, and management experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, installation, and maintenance
- 3+ years of solar site construction, installation, and management experience
- Master Electrical License in at least one state, Maryland preferred
- Advanced ability to read blueprints, plans, and review drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot on-the-job issues effectively and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of supervisory functions relating to field activities to include project scheduling, reporting, etc.
- Strong knowledge of, and commitment to, safety and construction regulations, to include the NEC
