Hybrid BCBA

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans. The role involves clinical supervision of behavior technicians and case supervisors, managing case assignments, and maintaining program compliance. The company is committed to providing personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Requirements

• Ensure quality service by meeting supervisory and parent training hour requirements.
• Maintain an average of 5 billable clinical hours per day.
• Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs).
• Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly.
• Guide behavior technicians in treatment and behavior plan implementation.
• Establish and monitor program goals, protocols, and measurement systems.
• Write and submit progress reports on time.
