Hybrid BCBA

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a BCBA (75% Remote!) to develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans. This role involves clinical supervision of behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors, and providing guidance to parents. The company is dedicated to providing personalized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Requirements

• Ensure quality service meeting supervisory and parent training requirements.
• Maintain an average of 5 billable clinical hours per day.
• Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly.
• Lead monthly PODS to support BT retention.
• Write and submit progress reports on time.
• Document clinical time and session notes in CentralReach.
• Conduct monthly client visits.
• Review and sign off on progress reports.
