Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves teaching communication, social skills, and self-help skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.

Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Must be willing to travel to and from client homes.
• Must be willing to complete onboarding requirements and initial training period.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
• Must have a fun and energetic personality, as well as the ability to keep up with active children.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals.
• Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus
