Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role involves teaching communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills using Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Be willing to travel to and from client homes with reliable transportation.
• Be willing to complete onboarding and initial training.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data.
• Motivate children and maintain professionalism.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team.
• Exposure to children with Autism or special needs is a plus.
