Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic and fun individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role involves teaching communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills using Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. Certified BCBAs and RBTs work closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans. Flexible schedules, competitive rates, and benefits are offered.

Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Availability between Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Must be willing to travel to and from client homes.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Access to a smartphone/device (tablet/iPad/laptop).
• Ability to collect behavior and skill acquisition data.
• Goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team.
• Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs.
