ABA Clinical Supervisor

Behavioral Health Works is seeking an ABA Clinical Supervisor to oversee and manage therapy and intervention services for individuals with autism or developmental disorders. The role involves conducting field visits, supervising case managers, providing training, monitoring client progress, and ensuring quality service delivery, all within the framework of Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time hours.

Requirements

• Oversee Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
• Provide supervision, feedback, and training to ABA staff.
• Conduct data collection and analysis.
• Manage client progress and behavior changes.
