Job Description
CLASS is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join their full-time and part-time team. This role involves supervising clients, mentoring RBTs, overseeing clinical meetings, and ensuring high-quality care. The position is remote, though may include on-site hours.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience supervising clinical staff
- Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)
- Reliable car, CA driver’s license, and insurance
- CPR cert, immunization records, background check upon hire
