Requirements

• Manage a staff of engineering professionals
• Perform engineering designs and review/QC
• Perform engineering evaluations and studies
• Prepare qualifications for engineering services
• Prepare proposals for engineering services
• Manage project budgets
• Manage employee utilization
• Prepare/review project invoicing
• Assist accounting department with managing client accounts receivable
• Assist accounting department with managing client accounts receivable
• Represent the Division for corporate level meetings
• Responsible for the profitability of the division
• Develop strategic plans
