MEP Engineering Division Manager

The company is seeking a highly qualified MEP Engineering Division Manager to serve the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia region. This role involves managing a staff of MEP professionals, designing projects, estimating construction costs, and managing budget and employee utilization. Requirements

• Accredited mechanical, electrical or architectural engineering degree
• Professional Engineering license preferred but not required
• Minimum 10 years experience in an MEP design environment
• Proficiency in mechanical or electrical design
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection disciplines
• Knowledge of architecture and structural engineering disciplines
• AutoCAD required; BIM preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong marketing and business development skills
• Valid Driver’s License is Required
• Able to climb ladders and perform site assessments
