Facility Operations Coordinator - FIFA Support

We are looking for a highly organized Facility Operations Coordinator - FIFA to help keep our stadium running at its best during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This is a full-time temporary position responsible for managing behind-the-scenes details, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring facilities are ready for the major event.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating administrative processes within a facilities, operations, or event environment
• Familiarity with event or operations management systems
• Experience working in a health and safety focused environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently while supporting a diverse, fast-paced team
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract administration
• Flexibility to support events during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, online tools, and digital documentation
