Wealth Manager - Real Estate Investment

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Wealth Manager in the Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on generating leads for real estate investment from KSA investors and advising them on visa and legal processes. The manager will handle end-to-end real estate investment for clients, consulting for exit strategies, and serving as a local representative for the Bayut brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field
• 5-10 years of sales or partnership management experience
• Proven Commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven Track Record of working with High Net Worth Clients
• In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues
• Understanding of the real estate market
• Analytical and data-driven skills
