Job Description
Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Wealth Manager specializing in real estate investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role involves generating leads, managing relationships with HNWI clients, and assisting with transaction processes. The manager will advise investors on immigration and visa aspects and ensure a smooth investment experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field
- 5-10 years of sales or partnership management
- Proven Commercial sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven Track Record of working with High Net Worth Clients
- In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues
- A deep understanding of the market services/products and real estate sales
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to listen and speak with clients, sales members, and other managers
- Adaptability with high level of integrity
