The Victim Advocate Resource Specialist is responsible for processing client donations of food, clothing, and household items, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with clients to meet their needs. This role involves both in-person visits and remote data entry, contributing to the organization's client services.

Requirements

• Maintain knowledge of Agency objectives and client needs.
• Schedule client appointments.
• Pick up donated items from various sources.
• Maintain a welcoming client environment.
• Lift/carry/move at least 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and be insurable.
