Job Description
Baseten is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to help grow their team. The Recruiter will focus on hiring across GTM and G&A teams, collaborating closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success sourcing great candidates for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and/or People teams
- Strong willingness to take ownership of a team's hiring goals and proactively drive recruiting process improvements
