Job Description
Baseten is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Onboarding Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve the onboarding experience for their GTM organization. The role involves equipping new hires with technical understanding, tools, and sales skills to succeed in the AI infrastructure environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, ideally at a technical or infra company
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience using common tools like SFDC, Gong, Zoom, Slack, etc.
- Strong understanding of Sales Methodologies and Qualifications
