Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or consulting at a SaaS or e-commerce company
• Strong knowledge of integrations with Tiendanube, Shopify, Mercado Libre, and ERPs
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows and ability to map them to system configurations
• Comfort with APIs, system configuration, and basic scripting concepts
• Familiarity with warehouse or fulfillment processes (WMS, pick & pack, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and hands-on problem-solver with strong execution skills
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and customers
• Based in Argentina
