The role involves leading technical onboarding projects for new customers, configuring their accounts, and ensuring smooth go-live experiences. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce implementation, SaaS onboarding, pre-sales, or solutions consulting.
- Experience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operations.
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
- Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g., HTML, PHP).
