Implementation Specialist

Base is a rapidly growing e-commerce SaaS company looking for an Implementation Specialist in Greece. The role involves leading technical onboarding projects for new customers, configuring their accounts, and ensuring smooth go-live experiences. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to the success of e-commerce sellers, and collaborate with international teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce implementation, SaaS onboarding, pre-sales, or solutions consulting.
• Experience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operations.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
• Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g., HTML, PHP).
