Community Safety Officer- On Call

The Community Safety Officer is responsible for providing campus safety and security while monitoring access control of the College buildings, grounds, and sidewalks. They will also provide assistance and directional information to the campus community as needed.

Requirements

• Periodically tours buildings and grounds to determine whether they are secured
• Respond to any disruptive or suspicious behavior
• Respond to fire alarm activations
• Engage with members of the campus community and visitors
• Checks campus exterior and campus lighting
• May escort and admit personnel to campus buildings
• Makes written reports of incident response

Benefits

• $32.21/hr regular rate – $25.77/hr probationary rate
