VP, Relationship Manager - Los Angeles

The VP, Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, negotiating and issuing term sheets, and performing analysis and underwriting of proposed commercial real estate loan requests. They will also establish new relationships and foster existing ones, and work with loan administrators and legal counsel to process and close credit facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in commercial lending
• B.A. Degree in finance or related field and/or related work experience
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and laws, including Regulation Z, Regulation B, and the USA PATRIOT Act
• General knowledge of loan documentation, collateral analysis, and financial statements
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Argus)
• Familiarity with Moody's analysis systems and nCino system
• Excellent composing and writing skills
• Above-average interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally with a wide range of people
