Requirements
- Monitor performance of slot machines, activity, and conditions of casino slot areas
- Provide outstanding guest service to internal and external guests
- Accurately pay jackpots and other monetary transactions
- Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency
- Complete all government reporting
- Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies
- Handle routine guest complaints and incidents
