Requirements

• Manage customer and employee relations efficiently
• Oversee gaming activity and ensure assets are safeguarded
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure team members are appropriately uniformed
• Provide professional and friendly service, promoting positive guest relations
• Authorize and approve guest complementaries and reimbursement
• Review and recommend changes to departmental procedures and policies
• Communicate opportunities, guest comments, and irregularities to other Shift Managers and Casino Shift Manager
